New Leaves Clinic is located in the Cornell West building, in Beaverton Oregon. The building is located just off Hwy 26, with easy accessibility for clients in Portland and beyond. For your convenience, free parking is available. We are ADA accessible.

Our offices are on the second floor, inside Corner Office Suites.

Make An appointment

• If you are a current or returning client, please call the office and speak with our secretary. Do not fill out the Make An Appointment form again.
• If you are a new client, I encourage you to complete the Make An Appointment form. Appointments are made in the order this form is received.
• We post immediate availability (cancellations) & great information on our Facebook page.

Our secretary is available to take your calls weekdays from 8-5.

We do not use email for clinical communication. Please call the office or make an appointment.

Fax

You are welcome to fax your medical information after you are a patient.

Location

The mapping program will lead you to our building. The building is named Cornell West. Inside this building, go to the 2nd floor and turn to the left. Suite 200 is called Corner Office (Executive Suites). We are within these suites. The secretary will be available to help you.
